The Senior Program Manager is responsible for executing enterprise-level programs that meet the needs of Synoptek and its customers. This role manages program scope, resources, budgets, timelines, deliverables,



dependencies, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communication across the full program lifecycle. The position supports business process improvement, IT strategy, business transformation, project portfolio management, program governance, budget management, performance tracking, and delivery of multiple projects while guiding project teams toward successful outcomes.
