About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Salesforce Agentforce Developer with 34 years of Salesforce development experience and hands-on exposure to Salesforce AI capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-powered agents using Salesforce Agentforce to automate business processes, improve customer experiences, and enhance operational efficiency.

This role requires solid Salesforce platform knowledge, development expertise, and an understanding of AI-driven solutions, including Agentforce, Einstein AI, Prompt Builder, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and configure AI Agents using Salesforce Agentforce.
- Build and manage Agentforce Topics, Actions, Instructions, and Prompt Templates.
- Develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and APIs.
- Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud applications.
- Configure and optimize Prompt Builder and Einstein AI capabilities.
- Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure security, scalability, and performance of Agentforce implementations.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and production support activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while maintaining high-quality standards.




- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce AI and Agentforce innovations and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.
- Salesforce AI Associate Certification.
- Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Experience with Generative AI concepts and Prompt Engineering.
- Familiarity with MuleSoft or other integration platforms.
