Overview

We are looking for a Program Manager to support MO s federal government customers. In this role, you will be accountable for the successful performance of one or more programs, including delivery quality and outcomes, customer satisfaction, team health, financial performance, mission impact, and organic growth.

The ideal candidate brings relevant federal government contracting experience, experience with a small business, robust customer relationships, and a track record of delivering and growing high-impact work across the federal landscape. You will help MO deliver measurable outcomes for our customers and end-users while strengthening and expanding our business.





This position will initially support MO s Department of Veterans Affairs business and may evolve to support additional federal customers as business needs change.

This role is hybrid and anticipates travel up to 25% of the time in support of customer and partner engagement, industry events, and strategic growth activities.
