- Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise CRM data migration solutions using KingswaySoft and SSIS
- Extract, transform, validate, and load data into Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and SSIS packages
- Migrate structured and unstructured data, including images, attachments, and correspondences
- Perform data mapping, data quality assessments, reconciliation, and production cutover support
- Troubleshoot migration and performance issues across environments
- Collaborate with architects, developers, business analysts, and project managers
- Document migration architecture, transformation logic, and operational procedures
- Ensure compliance with security and data governance standards
- Required Experience
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with KingswaySoft for Dynamics CRM/365 data migrations




- 7+ years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 development experience
- 10+ years of SQL Server SSIS development experience
- Strong expertise in ETL, data mapping, data quality management, and performance tuning
- Experience delivering at least two full-cycle CRM data migration implementations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Preferred Skills
- Experience in tolling, transportation, utilities, or large enterprise back-office implementations
- Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud integration technologies
- Dynamics CRM security models and data governance
