ey Responsibilities

1. Corporate Compliance

- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act and other applicable laws.
- Maintain statutory registers and records.
- File statutory returns and forms with regulatory authorities.

- Board Meetings Governance

- Organize Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and Annual General Meetings (AGMs).
- Prepare agendas, notices, minutes, and resolutions.
- Advise directors on corporate governance matters.

- Legal Regulatory Affairs

- Monitor changes in legal and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure timely implementation of compliance requirements.
- Liaise with government authorities, auditors, and regulators.

- Documentation Record Management

- Maintain company records, licenses, and corporate documents.
- Draft agreements, policies, and governance documents.

- Shareholder Relations

- Handle shareholder communications and queries.
- Manage dividend-related activities and share transfers.




- Ensure transparency in corporate disclosures.

- Risk Management

- Identify compliance risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Support internal audits and compliance reviews.
