About the Role

The Agency Manager is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, training, and managing a team of Life Insurance Advisors to drive business growth for HDFC Life. This role requires robust people management, sales capability, and consistent field activity to achieve assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit, select, and activate Life Insurance Advisors as per defined hiring guidelines.
- Drive sales through advisor productivity and regular joint field work (JFW).
- Deliver business targets (Issued Business, AP, Productivity, Activation).
- Provide ongoing training,



coaching, and motivation to advisors.
- Ensure adherence to HDFC Life processes, compliance, and quality parameters.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and advisors to ensure long-term business sustainability.
- Monitor team performance through daily reporting and structured reviews.
- Execute local promotional activities and market development initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Graduate (Mandatory).
- Experience: 1 year - 5 years of sales experience (BFSI/Financial products preferred).
- Age: 22 to 42 years.
- Should be comfortable with field work.
