Were looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to drive mobile app growth, user acquisition, conversions, subscriptions, revenue, and WhatsApp-led customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and scale Meta & Google Ads for app acquisition.
- Drive app installs, registrations, subscriptions & revenue.
- Optimize acquisition-to-purchase funnels and improve CPI, CAC, CPA, ROAS & LTV.
- Run A/B tests across creatives, campaigns, landing pages, onboarding and offers.
- Track performance using GA4, Firebase, AppsFlyer/Adjust or similar tools.
- Plan and manage WhatsApp automation for lead nurturing, onboarding, follow-ups, reminders, offers and renewals.




- Work with WhatsApp Business API and platforms like WATI, Interakt, AiSensy or similar.
- Analyze WhatsApp engagement and conversion metrics to improve customer journeys.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Content, Video & Sales teams.

Must-Have

- 3–6 years in Performance/Growth/Digital Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta & Google Ads.
- Experience in mobile app marketing/user acquisition.
- Practical experience with WhatsApp automation/WhatsApp Business API.
- Strong knowledge of funnel optimization, A/B testing and marketing analytics.
- Understanding of CPI, CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV & retention.

Valuable to Have

- EdTech, Consumer Apps, Wellness, Psychology or Subscription business experience.
- Experience with WATI, Interakt, AiSensy or similar platforms.
- CRM, lead nurturing and customer lifecycle marketing experie
