We are looking for an experienced Discipline Lead Electrical to join our ESG team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a Graduate degree in Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical design, with strong exposure to US projects, codes, and standards. This is a work-from-office opportunity, with working hours from 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM.

- The role involves leading electrical design activities for power and lighting systems, understanding project scopes, analyzing design inputs, estimating project hours, and preparing project plans
- The successful candidate will allocate work, conduct team huddles, provide technical guidance, and support the development of team engineers
- You will be responsible for reviewing load calculations, equipment selection, and sizing, while contributing to advanced design activities such as power system studies, breaker selective coordination, arc flash studies, and energy compliance reports
- The role also includes quality checks,



design reviews, supplier submittal reviews, and ensuring compliance with customer requirements and applicable design codes
- Robust communication and client-handling skills are essential, as you will participate in project discussions, clarify technical queries, resolve customer concerns, and support timely project delivery
- You will also contribute to process improvement and issue escalation
- The ideal candidate should be capable of leading a team of 10 to 15 members, managing performance, and fostering a collaborative, performance-driven culture
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, DialuxEvo, Visual Lighting, AGI32, SKM, BIM360, Bluebeam, Navisworks Manage, and MS Office is preferred
- Leadership, problem-solving, teamwork, adaptability, and time management are key qualities for this position
