Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage the entire admissions process from lead generation to enrollment, ensuring timely and efficient processing of applications.
- Provide career counseling and educational guidance to students, helping them choose the right course and institution that meets their academic goals.
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote the institute's programs and services, resulting in increased brand awareness and student recruitment.
- Collaborate with other departments such as academics, finance, and operations to ensure seamless integration of admissions processes.

Job Requirements :

- 2-5 years of experience in admission counselling or a related field (education counseling).
- Solid understanding of business development principles for generating leads through various channels (online/offline).
- Excellent communication skills for providing exceptional student recruitment experiences.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
