Job title: Corporate Quality Member Quality Domain Expert

Education: Degree in Engineering / Master degree – Electronics/Instrumentation/Electrical

Experience: Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in Quality Management System corporate management.

Skills and Competency:

Quality background with technical knowledge in Manufacturing of Instrumentation /Mechanical/Electronics industries Technical knowledge in Quality process industries like Quality planning, tools and technics. Knowledge in Statistical process analysis and Performance evaluation of process. Knowledge on standards like IS, IEC, ASTM, DIN, CE, RoHS, CE, UL, NEMA, etc., Quality management system standard – ISO 9001:2015 Quality certifications – Qualified Internal auditor QMS, OHS and E Quality certifications – Six Sigma process Good communication skills

Job role:

Corporate QHSE member – Quality Domain Expert Interact with Global QHSE members and implement guidelines at regional. Schedule and implement the Internal Cross audits,



drive RCA and timely closure of findings Implement companywide Quality policy and procedures to maintain high quality Organize the training program with third party as and when required Plan and execute the external audit and ensure compliance Interact with Global team on Corrective Action Reports related matters and ensure the compliance Quality performance assessment at organization level and ensure high quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Provides guidance to projects / other team members in order to maintain the highest level of quality. Drives Customer complaints closure with technical support Assists in the development of on-going training programs for the QHSE team. Investigate procedures, workflows and software to keep our process up to date. Facilitates QHSE meetings and maintains agenda. Provide departmental specific orientation & training for current hires. Collaborate with other QHSE nodes to accomplish all daily QHSE tasks on time with a high level of quality. Responsible for building and maintaining internal lines of communication, creating / refining departmental processes. Mentor QHSE team members and share expertise. Documentation of all QHSE related documents. Active participation in Quality System Audit for the departments. Ensure timely submission of department reports. Compile quality control reports, create statistical process control metrics, manage non-conformity material discrepancy reports and recommend continuous improvement activities. Investigate and record customer complaints regarding product performance, specifications and reliability.
