- Proven experience managing technology or Digital Workplace projects in a global environment.
- Strong project planning, governance, risk management, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and changing priorities.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external service providers.
- Positive understanding of Digital Workplace services, licensing, end-user technology, change management, and operational transition.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, ITIL, or equivalent certification is preferred.
