Job description:
Inspect shuttering, rebar reinforcement binding, line, level, and plumb before authorizing concrete pours.
Monitor concrete pouring, slump checks, cube casting, compaction, and curing processes.
Supervise finishing operations including brickwork, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, and painting.
Perform site quality checks
Closing of Issued Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for site defects and track corrective actions until closure with project team.
Prepare daily quality inspection records.
