Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls from UK banking customers
- Assist customers with banking products, accounts, cards, payments and transactions
- Provide accurate and professional resolutions while maintaining excellent customer experience
- Handle escalations and coordinate with relevant teams whenever required
- Maintain high standards of quality, compliance and customer satisfaction




- Accurately document customer interactions and follow process guidelines

Eligibility

- Minimum 1+ year of International Voice Process experience
- Banking/BFSI experience preferred
- Excellent English communication and customer-handling skills
- Strong listening, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Candidates comfortable working in UK shifts
- Immediate joiners candidates preferred
