Job Description

We are looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Fashion Designer / Product Development Executive with strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

The ideal candidate will have a Professional Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Apparel Design, or a related field, along with 2-3 years of relevant experience in the apparel/fashion industry.

The candidate should be comfortable handling design development, product development, sampling, presentations, documentation, and coordination with buyers, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and coordinate apparel/fashion designs based on brand, buyer, and market requirements.
- Create design artworks, layouts, presentations, and product details using CorelDRAW.
- Prepare and maintain style sheets, product details, development trackers, and documentation.
- Maintain product-related and costing data and ensure records are updated accurately.
- Prepare reports, data sheets, MIS, and follow-up trackers using Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate with sampling, production, merchandising, fabric, sourcing, and other internal teams.
- Communicate professionally with buyers, vendors, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Follow up on samples, fabrics, trims, approvals, buyer comments, and development timelines.




- Understand design briefs, mood boards, references, color palettes, prints, and buyer requirements and convert them into workable commercial designs.
- Ensure accuracy in design specifications, colors, prints, measurements, trims, and product documentation.
- Assist in developing recent collections, styles, and product ranges.
- Research current fashion trends, colors, prints, fabrics, and market developments.
- Manage multiple styles and product development activities while ensuring timely completion.

Candidate Profile

- Professional Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Apparel Design, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in Fashion, Apparel, Garment Manufacturing, or Product Development.
- Strong proficiency in CorelDRAW.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of garments, fabrics, trims, colors, prints, and fashion trends.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with good time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple styles, projects, and deadlines.
- Creative, proactive, confident, and professional approach.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
