- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for sales/field technician professionals, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct bulk hiring campaigns to fill multiple positions within a short span of time.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates who meet client expectations.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in non IT recruitment or related field operations.
- Proven track record in managing volume hiring processes with accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong understanding of sales hiring principles and ability to identify top talent in the market.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build solid relationships with clients.
