Looking for Store Manager candidates to handle complete store operations, drive sales, manage teams, supervise floor activities, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain stock and process compliance.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
- Oversee sales team performance, providing guidance on product knowledge, customer service standards, and goal setting.
- Conduct inventory management tasks such as ordering stock, receiving deliveries, and maintaining accurate records.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are met by implementing effective displays and promotions.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Eligibility Criteria:





- Current designation should be Store Manager with 2 - 4 years of experience Or current designation should be Team Lead / Floor Supervisor with 4 - 6 years of experience in retail store operations.
- Age should be below 34 years.
- Should have valuable team handling and sales management experience.

Preferred Candidate:

Candidates from retail background who are currently working in Store Manager, Team Lead, or Floor Supervisor roles and are comfortable working in a target-driven store environment.
