Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

- Experience leading large-scale supply chain technology or operations transformation programs

- Technical expertise in J2EE, Angular/React, J2EE (Must), SQL, API and AI tools and GHCP is MUST. Cloud (GCP desirable)

- Leading and developing a cross-functional engineering squad

- Demonstrated experience managing executive-level client relationships and multidisciplinary teams

- Lead pursuits, proposal development, solutioning and account growth activities

- Establish service levels, operational metrics, and governance

- Confidence operating independently and making sound technical decisions.

- Executive presence and the ability to influence business, operations, and technology stakeholders
