Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding recent hires.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure top talent is selected for open positions.
- Ensure timely joining formalities are completed by new employees.
Job Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Solid understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate offers effectively.
- Proficiency in generating offers, joining formalities, and onboarding processes.
