Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers for gold loan products and services.
- Conduct field sales activities to promote gold loans, including visiting branches and meeting with clients.
- Develop strong relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business and referrals.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-5 years of experience in BFSI sales, preferably in banking or financial services industry.
- Robust understanding of Gold Loan products and processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective relationship-building with customers.
- Graduation is required.
