Eligibility Criteria

- Experience Minimum 1+ years of Presales/Telesales Experience

- Good typing speed (~35 WPM preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM tools

STEP 2:

Click on "Start New Test" and follow the instructions to complete the assessment. When prompted to select a unit, please choose Customer Service to proceed further.

STEP 3:

Once completed, please make a note of the AMCAT ID (Access you Amcat id by clicking 3 dots on top right corner of screen).

NOTE:

- During registration, please do fill all the mandate details in the column which are star marks
- Interview Mode: Walk-in
- Attempt all questions in the SHL Assessment app, as there is no negative marking.
- The assessment is proctored, so choose a quiet environment.
- Use a headset or headphones are for clear communication.
- Assessment cleared candidates will be processed further ahead for Ops round
- Please do not switch screens during the assessment. Detection of multiple faces, absence of a face, or any form of malpractice will result in disqualification.
- Once you've finished, submit the assessment and make a note of the AMCAT ID (15 Digit) used for the assessment.
