- Provide technical support to end-users for desktop-related issues, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot common problems with Outlook email clients and resolve issues related to email setup, configuration, and data recovery.
- Collaborate with team members to identify root causes of recurring issues and implement solutions.
Job Requirements :
- 3-6 years of experience in desktop engineering or IT support role.
- Solid knowledge of computer hardware components (e.g., CPU, RAM) and basic networking concepts.
- Proficiency in installing operating systems (OS) such as Windows or macOS.
- Experience with software testing methodologies and ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems.
