We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage end-to-end project coordination activities across presales, project delivery, documentation, and client interaction.
The role requires strong coordination skills, the ability to understand client requirements, work closely with internal teams and project managers, and ensure smooth execution of projects from initial requirement gathering through ongoing delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end project requirements, including presales, requirement gathering, candidate finalisation, and discovery calls.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with recruitment to source suitable candidates/resources.
- Prepare and coordinate the Statement of Work (SOW) for current projects. Review and validate the total resource cost associated with projects.
- Coordinate with Project Managers for project requirements, replacements, and resource needs.
- Conduct regular stand-up/status calls and track project updates, blockers, and action items.
- Review and verify timesheets and reported project hours.
- Act as a central point of coordination between Project Managers, recruitment, resources, and management.
- Support content creation, review, and finalisation.
- Conduct candidate discussions to validate relevant experience and technical background.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with all stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
