Role & responsibilities
* Generate new business through direct sales.
* Identify and develop potential customers.
* Achieve monthly and annual sales Target
* Build and maintain Solid Customer Relationship.
* Handle the complete sales process from lead generation to Policy Issuance.
* Conduct customer meetings and explain suitable Life insurance products.
* Ensure proper follow-up and customer servicing.
Preferred candidate profile
* 2+ years of experience in Direct Sales / Life Insurance Sales.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Target-oriented and self-motivated.
*Good customer Handling and relationship -building skills
* Graduate Preferred.
