Role & responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day activities during the assigned shift..Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment as per the shift plan. Monitor work progress and ensure tasks are completed on time..
Lead, guide, and motivate shift employees.
Address on-shift issues and escalate when necessary.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and process parameters
Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for corrective actions..
Ensure all safety standards and company policies are followed.
Maintain shift reports, attendance logs, and production data..
