Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outpatient consultations and comprehensive ENT examinations.
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of earnosethroathead and neck conditions .
- Develop appropriate treatment plans based on clinical findings and investigations.
- Perform ENT procedures and surgeries as per expertise and hospital privileges.
- Manage common ENT emergenciesincluding epistaxisforeign bodiesairway emergenciesand acute infections.
- Perform and interpret relevant ENT procedures and investigationsas applicable.
- Provide pre-operative evaluation and post-operative follow-up for surgical patients.
- Counsel patients and their families regarding diagnosistreatment optionsproceduresrisksand expected outcomes.




- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and medical records.
- Coordinate patient care with other specialties whenever multidisciplinary management is required.
- Participate in emergency/on-call duties as per the hospital roster.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policiesinfection-control protocolsclinical guidelinesand patient-safety standards.
- Participate in clinical auditsquality-improvement initiativesteachingand departmental meetings.
- Maintain professional and ethical standards in all patient interactions.
