Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS & Management Reporting Executive to support the MD Office. The candidate will be responsible for collecting, consolidating, analysing and presenting business data and ensuring timely follow-up on management action points.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect weekly and monthly MIS from various Department and Project Heads.
- Prepare MD dashboards covering key business parameters.
- Track Target vs Actual, variances and pending actions.
- Monitor and consolidate data related to revenue, billing, collections, outstanding, project performance, manpower, SCM and business development.
- Maintain an MD Action Tracker and follow up with concerned teams for pending actions.
- Prepare concise MIS reports, management presentations and review reports.
- Analyse data and highlight major deviations, delays and areas requiring management attention.
- Coordinate with Department/Project Heads to ensure timely submission of accurate MIS.




- Maintain complete confidentiality of MD Office and business information.

Required Skills

- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Excel formulas.
- Ability to prepare dashboards, charts and management reports.
- Good knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to follow up professionally and firmly with senior team members.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality.

Candidate Profile

- Female candidate with 2- 4 years of relevant experience in MIS, Management Reporting, Business Reporting or similar roles.
- Should be comfortable working with large amounts of data and converting it into explicit management reports.
- Should have a proactive approach and the ability to identify discrepancies, delays and key business deviations.
