Summary:
As a Business Process Designer, a typical day involves thoroughly examining current workflows to uncover areas that can be enhanced for better efficiency. This role requires working closely with various business users to gather detailed requirements and develop use cases that align with organizational goals. The position also focuses on creating systems for ongoing monitoring and feedback, ensuring that processes evolve and improve continuously. Collaboration and communication across teams are essential to drive meaningful improvements and support the overall business strategy.

Roles Responsibilities:
Engage with your target stakeholders - build rapport and trust as you prepare them for the upcoming change
Primary go-to-person for your target stakeholders with the goal to make the change frictionless for them - be their liaison with other subject matter experts / leaders / other teams across the program
Manage the change working closely with your target stakeholders - enabling guiding them, managing the risks, helping resolve issues, and holding them accountable for their assigned tasks
Primary lead for the assigned PODs / workstreams along with team s first point of escalation
Manage the teams / PODs with work allocation tracking, deliverable performance reviews, and coaching mentoring for the team members




Key responsibilities include:Enable users with the understanding of the relevant tools and processesAssist users in timely completion of the required change management tasksReview and ensure accuracy and quality of the change tasksTriage process and/or system issues and seek additional help promptlyMonitor report the health of the change and escalate when neededAnalyze repeat questions, issues, learnings, and suggest best practicesContribute to continuous improvement of the processes, knowledge toolsAssign, track review the work, deliverable performanceMentor your team members for motivation, commitment to quality and client success

Professional Technical Skills:
Must have:Hospitality skills - Hands on / process / functional knowledge by virtue of either having worked at a hotel / hospitality / aviation / travel company or worked on a project in any of such industry sub-segments - Minimum 2 yearsCollaboration skills - Excellent project management coordination skills - demonstrated experience working directly with external internal global stakeholdersCommunication skills - Excellent spoken written proficiency in English language - demonstrated experience working directly with external internal global stakeholders
Nice to have:Experience with any application transformation project as a business analyst / developer / tester / any role
Should have (any one):Data skills - hands-on experience working on any data skill in migration / transformation related project - Minimum 2 yearsAnalysis / Functional skills - relevant, strong, direct working experience with clients as a functional consultant / business analyst / systems analyst - Minimum 2 yearsChange management - experience of directly managing / being deeply engaged in any major business transformation program - Minimum 2 years
