Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth through partnerships with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Identify new opportunities for cross-selling insurance products to existing bank customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
Job Requirements :
- 6-10 years of experience in bancassurance or related field (insurance industry).
- Proven track record of success in current business acquisition and retention.
- Strong understanding of the Indian insurance market, including regulatory requirements and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
