Job Description
We are seeking experienced Project Managers with expertise in ServiceNow Asset Management implementations and transformation programs.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leading projects involving IT Asset Management (ITAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), and Software Asset Management (SAM), while managing client stakeholders and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Asset Management transformation programs
- Drive implementation and adoption of ServiceNow ITAM solutions
- Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and resources
- Work closely with business stakeholders and enterprise asset teams
- Ensure delivery governance and reporting
- Coordinate with architects, developers, and implementation teams
- Monitor project risks,
dependencies, and milestones
- Support strategic asset management initiatives
Required Skills
- 8-10 years of experience
- Relevant experience in Project Management and ServiceNow ITAM/HAM/SAM implementations will be highly preferred.
- Experience managing ServiceNow Asset Management projects
- Robust understanding of:
- ITAM
- HAM
- SAM
- Experience in project planning and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of software and hardware asset lifecycle management
