Job Description – Billing & Estimation Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Billing & Estimation Engineer to manage project estimation, quantity measurement, billing, and cost-related documentation for our EPC and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and rate analysis for civil, electrical, and mechanical works.
- Prepare and submit client RA bills, final bills, and subcontractor bills.
- Verify site measurements, quantities, and work completion records.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, and accounts teams for billing and cost control.
- Maintain billing records, variation statements, and project cost reports.
- Ensure billing is accurate, timely, and in accordance with contract terms.

Qualifications & Skills

- B.E. / B.Tech.



in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in EPC, construction, or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis, quantity surveying, and MS Excel.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and billing software is preferred.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Salary: As per company policy and experience.
