Job Description

Role Overview

The Business Systems Integration team powers the end-to-end systems that support Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Fulfillment, and After-Sales Services. We are seeking an experienced MuleSoft Developer to design, build,



and support scalable integrations across enterprise business applications.

The ideal candidate should possess robust expertise in API development, enterprise integrations, automation, and cloud technologies, along with experience working closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop integrations across enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Workday, SAP, Zip, Snowflake, and external partner systems.
- Build and maintain APIs using MuleSoft and other integration platforms.
- Develop Python-based automation tools for API testing, data validation, and process optimization.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, reconciliation, transformation, and reporting.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and follow software engineering best practices.
- Create and execute unit, integration, and regression test cases.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance production integrations and workflows.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve critical production incidents.




- Maintain technical documentation and participate in design reviews and code reviews.

Required Qualifications

- 6+ years of experience in MuleSoft or equivalent iPaaS platforms.
- Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Workday, SAP, Coupa, or similar enterprise applications.
- Strong experience in API design, development, and deployment.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, Kotlin, or Go.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with data integration pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
- Strong understanding of GitHub, version control, CI/CD, and Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- MuleSoft Developer/Architect Certification.
- AWS Certification.
- Experience with modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Airflow, or Fivetran.
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Windsurf.
