Mandate Experience: Minimum 6 months of relevant voice experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions through voice support channels.
- Address customer queries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Deliver premium customer experience by ensuring quick and accurate resolutions.
- Adhere to quality and compliance standards.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a Voice Customer Support role.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer handling skills. (C1/C2 Proficiency).
- Ability to resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced customer-centric environment.
- Banking Customer Service experience will be preferred.
Pay: ₹118,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
