Special Handling Agent – English Proficiency

We are looking for Special Handling Agents with strong English communication and presentation skills to assist passengers requiring special handling services and ensure a smooth, skilled travel experience.

Position Details

- Position: Special Handling Agent
- Salary: 1,105 + Overtime (OT) + Tips
- Duty Hours: 9 Hours per Day
- English Proficiency: Level 2 / 2+
- Gender: Any can apply
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Key Responsibilities

- Assist passengers requiring special handling and support services.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service.
- Communicate clearly with passengers and airport staff.
- Handle passenger queries and provide necessary assistance.
- Ensure proper coordination during passenger boarding, arrival, and departure.
- Follow airport and company procedures for special handling services.




- Maintain a professional appearance and good presentation at all times.
- Handle assigned duties efficiently while maintaining service standards.

Requirements

- Good English proficiency – Level 2 / 2+ is required.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Professional and pleasant personality.
- Ability to interact confidently with passengers.
- Physically fit and able to work in an airport environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
