About the Company:

Mindware is a dynamic technology brand in India, offering smart solutions in barcode, RFID, and card printing industries. We're expanding our marketing and media division and are looking for a highly creative video editor who can turn raw footage into engaging visual content for branding, social media, YouTube, and training purposes.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and creative Video Editor who has strong experience in editing promotional videos, voice-over sync, motion graphics, and using animation effects to create content that captures attention and tells compelling stories.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing & Production

- Edit skilled-quality videos for YouTube, social media, and marketing campaigns.

- Add background music, sound effects, and voiceovers as needed.

- Sync voiceovers accurately with visuals.

- Create short reels, explainer videos, product demos, and animated content.

Animation & Visual Effects

- Use tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro to add dynamic text animations, transitions, and product highlights.

- Develop motion graphics and animated intros/outros.

- Create 2D animation sequences for tutorials or branding.

Voiceover & Audio Editing

- Work with voiceover artists or AI tools to match voice to visuals.

- Clean up audio, remove background noise, and ensure smooth playback.

Social Media Optimization





- Format videos for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

- Optimize content for engagement (hooks, captions, branding, etc.).

Eligibility Criteria:

- 1–3+ years of hands-on experience in video editing, motion graphics, or animation

- Strong command over Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Filmora, or similar tools

- Experience in syncing voiceovers and working with animated templates

- Must share a portfolio/showreel during application

- Ability to work on tight deadlines with creative freedom

Soft Skills Required:

- Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability

- Good communication and coordination with marketing team

- Attention to detail and ownership of deliverables

- Adaptability to fast-paced, result-oriented environment

Work Schedule:

- Days: Monday to Saturday

- Time: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
