About the Role

AARMTech is growing! We are currently seeking motivated Telecom Design Engineers (Freshers) to work on multiple projects in the Oil & Gas sector, covering both Onshore and Offshore developments.

The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in Telecom System FEED and Detailed Design for industrial and offshore environments, along with good coordination and communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow in a professional engineering workplace.

Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech / Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering or related field

Key Responsibilities





- Support Telecom Engineering activities for FEED and Detailed Design projects.
- Assist in the design and engineering of Telecom & Security Systems such as Radio, PAGA, CCTV, ACS, IDS, AIS, GMDSS, TRS, and OTN.
- Participate in Telecom Coverage Studies, including Radio, PAGA, CCTV, Wi-Fi, and LRDAS.
- Assist in preparing System Architecture Diagrams, Cable Block Diagrams, Layouts, Specifications, Datasheets, and BOQs.
- Support the preparation and review of telecom engineering deliverables as per project requirements.
- Learn and apply international standards, client specifications, and engineering best practices.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Participate in technical meetings, design reviews, and project discussions.
- Support project documentation, engineering calculations, and technical reports.
- Develop technical knowledge and skills in Telecom and Security Systems for Oil & Gas projects.
