F&B; Service Executive – Luxury Resort

Job Summary

The F&B; Service Executive is responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a refined and memorable dining experience aligned with luxury hospitality standards. The role involves supervising service operations, maintaining quality standards, and enhancing guest satisfaction through personalized attention.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience

- Deliver warm, professional, and personalized service to all guests
- Anticipate guest needs and provide tailored recommendations
- Handle guest complaints promptly and ensure quick resolution
- Maintain strong product knowledge of menus, beverages, and specials

Service Operations

- Oversee daily restaurant/bar/room service operations
- Ensure proper table setup, presentation, and ambiance
- Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth service flow
- Monitor service timing and quality to meet luxury standards

Team Coordination

- Work collaboratively with other service staff during shifts
- Promote teamwork and a positive work environment

Quality & Compliance

- Follow hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Maintain compliance with food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP principles)




- Uphold grooming and presentation standards
- Conduct regular checks on service quality and cleanliness

Sales & Upselling

- Recommend premium food and beverage options to guests
- Upsell the signature dishes
- Contribute to achieving revenue targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–5 years of experience in F&B; service, preferably in luxury hotels or resorts
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent grooming and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of fine dining service styles (à la carte, buffet, silver service)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting

Work Environment

- Luxury resort setting (restaurants, banquets, open lawn area, in-room dining)
- Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
