Job Purpose

The Store Manager is responsible for the overall business performance and smooth functioning of the Mia by Tanishq store. The role involves driving sales and profitability, delivering an exceptional customer experience, leading and developing the store team, maintaining inventory and operational controls, and ensuring compliance with brand standards and SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

- Achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Drive sales conversion, average bill value, and overall store productivity.
- Monitor store performance and take corrective actions to achieve targets.
- Promote upselling, cross-selling, and new product launches.
- Analyse sales trends and identify opportunities for business growth.

2. Customer Experience

- Ensure a premium, personalised, and seamless customer experience.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases and loyalty.
- Personally handle high-value customers and critical customer interactions.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations promptly and professionally.
- Ensure the team follows the prescribed sales process and service standards.

3. Team Management & Development

- Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the store team.
- Allocate targets and responsibilities and monitor individual performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify training needs and ensure continuous product and selling-skills development.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, grooming, and skilled conduct of employees.

4. Store Operations

- Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations,



including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, security procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Monitor cash handling, billing, documentation, and other financial controls.
- Maintain store hygiene, housekeeping, and overall operational readiness.
- Coordinate effectively with HO and other departments for operational requirements.

5. Inventory & Asset Management

- Ensure proper stock management, stock reconciliation, and inventory accuracy.
- Conduct and support regular stock audits.
- Minimise stock discrepancies, shrinkage, and losses.
- Ensure proper handling and security of jewellery and other high-value store assets.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate for replenishment requirements.

6. Visual Merchandising & Brand Standards

- Ensure the store presentation is attractive and aligned with Mia by Tanishq brand standards.
- Maintain visual merchandising displays as per guidelines.
- Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and in-store marketing activities.

7. Reporting & Performance Monitoring

- Review key performance indicators such as sales, conversion, average transaction value, footfall, and team productivity.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
- Analyse performance gaps and implement action plans.
- Keep management informed about business performance, customer feedback, and operational issues.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
