Morhav Organics Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an Associate – Sales & Marketing to drive sales and market development across General Trade and HoReCa channels.

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, confident and target-oriented individual who is comfortable with field sales, customer interaction and regular market visits.

You will be responsible for visiting retail stores, grocery/kirana stores, gourmet and organic stores, cafés, hotels, restaurants and caterers to introduce products, generate orders and build customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular field visits to General Trade and HoReCa outlets.
- Identify and approach potential retailers, buyers and business customers.
- Present products, pricing, offers and benefits to customers.
- Generate new orders and drive repeat business.
- Build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors and HoReCa customers.
- Collect market and competitor feedback.
- Support product placement, visibility and promotional activities.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, fairs and promotional events.
- Interact with walk-in customers and support B2C sales.




- Assist with online customer queries and order follow-ups when required.
- Maintain daily visit, lead, order and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer requirements.
- Work towards assigned sales and visit targets.

- Graduates, BBA, MBA Marketing or equivalent qualifications are preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
