We are looking for an enthusiastic and communication-focused Telecaller to handle student enquiries, explain our educational courses, and support the admission process through phone calls and online communication.

Courses include:

- Logistics & Supply Chain Management
- Hospital Administration
- Business Administration
- Healthcare & Allied Courses
- Other Professional and Skill Development Programs

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective students and follow up on course enquiries.
- Explain course details, eligibility, duration, fees, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with interested candidates through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate enquiry and follow-up records.
- Convert genuine enquiries into course admissions.
- Coordinate with the admission team for documentation and enrollment.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and admission targets.
- Maintain professional communication with students and parents.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Basic knowledge of using smartphones, WhatsApp, email,



and online applications.
- Previous telecalling, counselling, sales, or admission experience is an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
- Must have a laptop or desktop computer.
- Stable internet connection is required.
- Quiet and suitable workspace for professional calls.
- Ability to work independently from home.
- Candidates should be responsible, target-oriented, and willing to follow up consistently.
