We are looking for 2 motivated and confident graduates to join our team as Field Sales Executives.

The selected candidates will be responsible for promoting our software products through door-to-door marketing and direct visits to local businesses.

Freshers are welcome. Good communication skills and confidence are more important than previous experience.

Responsibilities

- Visit shops, businesses, and potential customers to introduce our software.
- Explain the software features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Generate new leads and identify potential customers.
- Conduct basic product demonstrations when required.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain daily records of customer visits and leads.
- Build good relationships with potential customers.
- Achieve assigned sales and lead-generation targets.

Requirements

- BBA or any graduate qualification.
- Freshers can apply – no previous experience required.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and presentable personality.




- Comfortable with door-to-door/direct field sales and marketing.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Own motorcycle/bike is required.
- Valid driving licence and required vehicle documents.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer visits.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary & Benefits

- ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month fixed salary
- Performance-based sales incentives
- ₹3 per km travel allowance for official field visits
