* Budget homes knowledge
- Cost Estimates
- Have the license for the approval of building plans
- Pre-purchase of selected materials
- Interior design and execution
- Analysis of proposals
- Construction contract negotiations
- Construction Scheduling and Monitoring
- Cost control of construction
- Construction supervision
- Site related documentation.
- Shop drawing and BOQ preparation
- Labour management.
- Material management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- total work: 4 years (Preferred)
- Interior design: 2 years (Preferred)
