Provide Field Support for our products. This is a Field Position, and the candidate can be located near any of the Railway Installations in India.

FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Products include Dataloggers, LC Gate communication equipment, etc.
- Activities include installation of products, regular maintenance, AMC billing and attending to any issues that may arise.

Technical Skills & Experience

- Basic Electronic Equipment testing, installation and support.
- Computer/Server basic maintenance, including running regular reports.
- Responsible for inventory of items/products needed for proper operation.
- Interfacing with customer support and R&D; teams on a regular basis.

QUALIFICATION

- Diploma in Electrical/Electronics.
- Two years work experience in technical/field support. Datalogger field support experience is a major plus.
- Prior work experience in supporting Indian Railways preferred.
