Senior Accounts & Costing Manager

Oragnic Food manufacturer looking for experiance female/male candidate for upcoming new unit .

Location: Bhopal (Rapadiya) , Madhya Pradesh
Industry: Dairy, Organic Food & FMCG Manufacturing ( compulsory)
Experience: 5–8 years, preferably in dairy/food/FMCG/manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting, GST, TDS, receivables and payables.
- Prepare monthly MIS, cash-flow statements and unit-wise P&L.;
- Develop product/SKU-wise costing for dairy and organic products.
- Monitor raw material consumption, production yield, wastage and inventory.
- Analyse actual vs. standard cost and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Calculate batch-wise manufacturing cost and gross margins.
- Reconcile stock, production, purchases and sales across units.
- Monitor customer/order profitability and support pricing decisions.
- Coordinate with external CA for taxation, audit and statutory compliance.
- Inventory Management
- Support management in budgeting, financial planning and bank/loan documentation.

Preferred Qualification: CA / CMA / M.Com / MBA Finance, with strong manufacturing-costing experience.

Key Skills:



Advanced Excel, accounting/ERP software, GST & taxation basics, manufacturing costing, inventory control, MIS and financial analysis.

Ideal Candidate: A hands-on finance skilled who can manage accounts independently and clearly explain where the company's money is being earned or lost.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
