Akal Kids Preschool is looking for a caring, enthusiastic, creative, and responsible Pre-Primary Teacher, Mother Teacher to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have a genuine passion for working with young children and be able to create a safe, joyful, engaging, and nurturing learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct age-appropriate classroom activities for Day Care , Pre-Nursery, Nursery, LKG, and UKG.
- Use play-based, activity-based, and child-centred teaching methods.
- Conduct engaging activities including storytelling, rhymes, art & craft, music, games, and basic learning concepts.
- Support children's social, emotional, language, creative, and cognitive development.
- Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and positive classroom environment.
- Observe children's learning and development and provide appropriate support.
- Communicate professionally and positively with parents regarding children's progress, activities, and classroom experiences.
- Maintain classroom materials, displays, teaching aids, and daily activity records.
- Participate actively in school events, celebrations, functions, and special activities.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other school staff.
- Ensure the care, safety, supervision,



and well-being of children throughout the school day.

Requirements

- Minimum Graduate qualification.
- B.Ed, NTT, ETT, ECCE, Montessori, or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Previous preschool/primary teaching experience will be an advantage.
- Valuable English communication skills are required.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Patient, caring, friendly, and positive attitude towards young children.
- Creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching and classroom activities.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Professional and responsible attitude.

Job Details

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
