- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, computer systems, servers, and network across the campus.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, LAN/Wi-Fi, internet, printers, projectors, and other IT issues.
- Maintain and support CCTV, biometric attendance, smart classrooms, and digital systems.
- Provide technical support to Management, Principal, faculty, staff, and students.
- Manage and provide support for ERP/HRMS, LMS, email, and other institutional software.
- Ensure data backup, antivirus, cybersecurity, and system security.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, software licences, AMC, and maintenance records.
- Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for installation, repairs, and technical support.
- Ensure smooth and uninterrupted functioning of IT systems across the institution.
- Assist in IT support during examinations, meetings, events, and other institutional activities.

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT / BCA / MCA or related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in an educational institution.
- Good problem-solving, communication, and vendor coordination skills.

Job Description – Telecaller (Educational Institution)

- Make outbound calls to prospective students/parents regarding admissions and courses.
- Respond to admission enquiries received through calls, online enquiries, and other sources.
- Provide accurate information about courses, fees, eligibility, facilities, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents to generate campus visits and admissions.
- Maintain enquiry and follow-up records in the CRM/ERP system.
- Coordinate with the Admission Counsellor and Admission Team for further follow-up.
- Achieve assigned daily/monthly calling and admission-related targets.




- Handle calls professionally and maintain valuable communication with parents and students.

Qualification: Any Graduate.
Experience: 1–3 years in telecalling, admissions, customer service, or a related field, preferably in an educational institution.

Job Description – PGT Chemistry

- Teach Chemistry to higher secondary/PU students as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Plan and deliver engaging, concept-based lessons with practical applications.
- Conduct laboratory experiments and ensure proper lab safety.
- Prepare students for board exams, JEE, NEET, and other competitive examinations.
- Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and regular feedback.
- Provide academic guidance and support to students for better results.
- Maintain lesson plans, academic records, and other required documentation.
- Participate in academic activities, meetings, and institutional events.

Qualification: M.Sc. Chemistry with B.Ed.
Experience: 3–5 years of relevant teaching experience, preferably at PU/CBSE level.

Job Description – Admission Counsellor

- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, admissions, eligibility, and fee structure.
- Handle admission enquiries through calls, walk-ins, emails, and other channels.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Explain academic programmes, facilities, scholarships, and institutional policies.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for the smooth admission process.
- Assist in admission campaigns, counselling sessions, school visits, and promotional activities.
- Achieve assigned admission targets and provide regular reports to the management.

Qualification: Any Graduate/Postgraduate.
Experience: 2–5 years in admissions, counselling, sales, or a related field, preferably in an educational institution.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
