Job Title: Team Lead – Content Writer

About the Role

We're looking for a strategic, performance-driven Content Writer Team Lead to drive our content marketing efforts. You'll lead a small team of writers, shape content strategy around branding and lead generation, and own the results — from organic traffic growth to qualified leads. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll both create high-quality content and guide your team to do the same.

What You'll Do

- Lead and mentor a team of 2–3 content writers
- Build and execute content strategies aligned with marketing and lead-gen goals
- Write and review blogs, landing pages, press releases, whitepapers, and case studies
- Develop SEO-driven content to boost organic traffic and inbound leads
- Partner with social media and performance marketing teams on integrated campaigns
- Run competitor analysis to spot content gaps and opportunities
- Own content calendars and ensure on-time delivery across the team
- Map content to every stage of the marketing funnel (awareness, consideration, conversion)

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in content writing/marketing, with prior team leadership
- Strong command of content strategy and SEO best practices
- Proven track record of driving lead generation through content
- Analytical mindset — comfortable tracking KPIs and optimizing based on data
- Solid understanding of the tech industry and its trends
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills

Pay: ₹10,148.13 - ₹600,000.00 per month
