Job Summary

We are looking for a CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, sales leads, follow-ups, and customer satisfaction for the ŠKODA Sales Department. The candidate will coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely customer engagement and improve lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer inquiries, leads, and showroom walk-ins.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers regarding test drives, quotations, and vehicle bookings.
- Coordinate with Sales Consultants for timely lead follow-ups.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales follow-up reports.
- Ensure customer feedback and complaints are addressed promptly.
- Track pending leads and improve lead conversion.
- Coordinate with customers regarding vehicle delivery and post-sales follow-up.
- Prepare daily CRM performance reports for the Sales Manager.
- Ensure compliance with ŠKODA CRM processes and dealership guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.




- 1–4 years of experience in CRM, automobile sales, or customer relationship management preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
