About the Role

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and digitally savvy Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to manage and strengthen our online presence across various social media platforms.

Freshers with strong creativity, communication skills, and a genuine interest in social media and digital marketing are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the company's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and publish engaging content such as posts, reels, stories, videos, and promotional content.
- Develop and maintain a weekly/monthly social media content calendar.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, and platform features.
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments and messages professionally.
- Develop creative ideas to increase reach, engagement, followers, and brand visibility.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and other team members for content creation.
- Monitor competitors and identify new opportunities for social media growth.
- Track social media performance and prepare basic analytics/performance reports.
- Assist with social media advertising and other digital marketing activities when required.





Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, or a related field.
- Freshers with relevant skills, creativity, or a positive social media portfolio are welcome.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Strong understanding of current social media trends and content formats.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar tools will be an advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for engaging and visually appealing content.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates who can demonstrate their creativity through a portfolio, personal social media page, previous projects, reels, designs, or other content samples will be preferred.
