- Supervise day-to-day production activities to achieve planned output, quality, and efficiency.
- Manage manpower allocation for shifts and ensure smooth operation of machines.
- Monitor production targets, hourly output, and downtime; take corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of production, raw material usage, and inventory & also Control material usage and minimize wastage.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and buyer requirements.
- Ensure discipline, safety, and compliance with company policies on the floor.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
