Our services include cosmetic safety, regulatory compliance, responsible person services, market access, product stewardship and brand protection across international markets.

We are expanding our technology capabilities and are looking for a Frontend / Full Stack Developer to help create modern, responsive and scalable digital products and applications for GCRS.

The Role

You will be responsible for developing user-facing applications while also having the ability to work across the backend where required.

You will work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, product stakeholders and business teams to turn concepts and requirements into functional digital products.

The role will involve building new features, improving existing applications, integrating APIs, troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring that our products provide a quick, intuitive and reliable user experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications
- Build reusable frontend components
- Convert UI/UX designs into functional interfaces
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs
- Develop and maintain application features
- Work with backend developers on full-stack functionality
- Optimize applications for speed and performance
- Ensure compatibility across modern browsers and devices




- Identify and resolve frontend and application issues
- Write clean and maintainable code
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
- Implement appropriate testing practices
- Work with designers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Collaboration with product and business stakeholders
- Maintain technical documentation where required
- Support deployment and maintenance of applications
- Improve accessibility and usability
- Contribute to frontend development standards
- Identify opportunities for automation and technical improvement

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a developer who combines strong front-end skills with a broader understanding of full-stack application development.

You should have a strong eye for detail and care about both technical quality and the user experience.

Essential Experience and Skills

- Experience in frontend or full-stack development
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Experience with React, Next.js, Vue or a similar modern framework
- Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs
- Understanding of responsive web design
- Knowledge of Git and version Control
- Understanding of browser compatibility and web performance
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of basic backend concepts




- Ability to work with databases and APIs
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to understand UI/UX designs and implement them accurately
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams

Desirable Experience

- TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL and other relational or modern database technologies.
- Hands-on knowledge of cloud deployment, authentication and authorization systems.
- A background in developing dashboards and data-intensive applications.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and AI-enabled application development
